Bean curd stew recipe

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons soybean paste 4 cups water or broth 2 handfuls bean sprouts 100g pork or tofu (optional) 1 green onion (chopped green onions can also be used) 2 cloves garlic ( You can also use minced garlic.) 1 teaspoon red pepper powder (can be adjusted according to preference) 1 tablespoon sesame oil A pinch of salt A pinch of pepper

Cooking method:

Pour water or broth into a pot, add soybean paste. Add and melt thoroughly. Add pork or tofu and boil. You can cut the pork into bite-sized pieces, and cut the tofu into large pieces. Add bean sprouts to boiling water and cook briefly, then add a drop of sesame oil. Add garlic and green onions and stir-fry them together. Add red pepper powder to taste, and when the soybean paste has melted and cooked, season with salt and pepper. You can add red pepper paste or kimchi to create a deeper flavor. Add all ingredients to a boiling pot and boil properly to complete.
